Things sure are moving quickly. A few things have come up that I need to pass along to our supporters. Let's get right to it!
Fan Service Vol 1 Cancelled
Our printer is refusing to print more copies of Fan Service Vol 1 without major unspecified edits. They claim some of the images contain IP violations but will not specify which cards. This means without nearly a complete re-edit with a less than supportive partner all of the Fan Service Vol 1 packs that will ever exist are in the mail to fans, in my store, or in the Caffeine Critical store.
Fan Service Vol 1 rules and, now that it has a massive stock problem, I think it will sell out quickly and leave a lot of people feeling like they missed out. This is not how I wanted this to go. Hundreds of hours of work were put into this set only to see it cancelled after essentially one wave.
Hermit's Harem - Date Night
Our next full set, Hermit's Harem - Date Night, has been completed and is off to the printers. This set is bigger, better, more unique, and features more rare card type than ever before. There are three new waifu joining the harem, new scenarios for your favorite girls, and we're sticking with our killer "all rares' format collectors love.
There are a lot of firsts we're trying with this set and, without spoiling the mystery, here are some details:
- The size of this set is somewhere between HHw1 and FSv1.
- Contains basic cards, stickers (in common and rare foiling treatments), glow cards, serialized cards, and more.
- Contains both numbered and non numbered VOID CARDS.
- VOID CARDS are available in normal, foil, and the new VOID treatment. This new treatment is exclusive to this set and it's unnumbered VOID deck.
- Ultra rare unnumbered HERMIT CARDS are available for the first time at 1 in 100 packs. These are meant to be the most rare and special card style we ever offer. True treasure of extreme rarity.
- Pack design, contents, and price will be similar to HHw1.
- There will be NO PREORDER PHASE for this product and it will launch simultaneously via Hermit Cards and the Caffeine Critical store.
Hermit returns to Streaming
I'll be returning to streaming very soon, this time on the Caffeine Critical store.
We'll be using the same format as him where folks can purchase presale packs to be ripped&shipped via the stream, and viewers can also purchase the it's from the stream that look interesting to them.
We're ironing out the last technical details now and there will be an official announcement soon.
Upcoming Products and Sets
We're currently working on a variety of products that we're extremely excited to share with you soon. Our goal is to exceed our fans expectations at all points and become their new favorite waifu product by having the best and most unique products in the game. All designed, printed, and sold in the USA, shop local!
We'll not be pumping out Hermit's Harem sets monthly. That title is meant to release seasonally with smaller sets coming out once or twice a month. These smaller sets will feature more unique themes, storytelling, and feature some but not all of the harem girls. Look for the first of these products soon!
We're also working on a few projects that go far beyond what anyone has been able to create in the short history of American waifu cards. As these products are so novel we'll not be talking about them much until they are ready to release out of no-where and blow everyone's minds. This will make more sense in time. Keep an eye out!
